Experience up to 60 hours of French learning in France in just a week, averaging 12 hours daily. And don’t be surprised if you find yourself dreaming in French!

Accommodation Options

Flexible Accommodation and Dining Options to Suit Your Needs

At Real French, we understand that everyone’s preferences and budgets vary. To cater to these individual needs, we’ve tailored two distinct packages for our guests:

Self-Accommodation & Dining:

For those who value independence during their French language immersion and wish to explore local dining, we offer the self-accommodation option. Guests can choose to stay at an Airbnb or a holiday house in the suburbs. Do note that if you select this option, you’ll need a car to commute comfortably. While we don’t provide breakfast and dinner under this package, guests are welcome to join us for lunch daily at their own expense.

Kerfiac Accommodation & Comprehensive Dining Experience:

Immerse yourself in the authentic French experience by choosing to stay with us at our beautifully preserved XVIII century longère.

This package includes overnight accommodations and all three meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Additionally, guests can benefit from personal coaching sessions by our teacher during lunch and dinner.

When you opt for our Kerfiac accommodation, you’re not just booking a place to stay; you’re immersing yourself in a full-fledged French experience. Here are the additional amenities and options we offer:

A well equipped Gym: €10 in cash per day of use

Laundry and drying (no ironing): €15 cash per laundry

Extended Stay Options: If you’d like to settle in before your French language immersion course or need a bit more time post-course, we offer extra night stays:

Arrival Option: Join us on the Sunday before your course starts. You can check in from 18:00 onwards, ensuring you’re refreshed and ready for Monday.
Departure Option: If you’d like to extend your stay, you can leave on the following Saturday between 8:00 – 10:00 am.
Picking-up: For those arriving by train, we offer a convenient pick-up service from the Lamballe train station on Sundays, starting from 5pm. This ensures a seamless transition from your journey to our tranquil abode.

Welcome to Dialogue: Your gateway to one-on-one French immersion at Kerfiac with student Eric Kandel.

Week-End: If you’re planning an extended stay beyond a week, we encourage exploring the local area during the weekend. Please note that weekends are not included in our standard packages. Therefore, if your stay includes leaving on Saturday or arriving on Sunday, these will be considered ‘extra nights’ and additional charges may apply.

Standard arrivals and departures

Otherwise arrivals are on Monday to start the course at 8:30am and departures on Fridays between 15:00 and 17:00

Please Note: Due to the volatility in the market, we don’t lock in the prices for accommodation and meals until 2 months before your stay. This ensures that we can provide the best value for our services. All listed prices are inclusive of a 10% VAT.

1-week accommodation and meals: € 800.00
Additional night stay: € 110.00
Lamballe train station pick-up: € 120.00

Please Note: As mentioned, due to market fluctuations, we update our prices regularly to reflect the most accurate costs. The prices mentioned above are current as of this month and include a 10% VAT.

Payment & Cancellation Terms

The listed prices cover one-on-one French language lessons and instructor-guided meals from Monday to Friday.
Due to market fluctuations, accommodation and meal costs are separate. As a reference, in January 2024, the combined cost was approximately €800.
A 30% deposit is required to reserve your slot.
The remaining amount is due 60 days before the course start date.
Immediate payment is required for bookings made less than 30 days before the course date, with proof of payment upon invoice receipt.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Course dates can be rescheduled without extra charges up to 2 years post full payment.
No refunds post full payment. However, we’re flexible in rescheduling.
No compensation for absences or early departures during the course.
Enrollment indicates agreement with these terms.
Real French reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.

VAT Details

VAT is levied on the total bill. There are two VAT rates: one for tuition (20%) and another for accommodation (10%). The 10% VAT on accommodation, meals, and transportation is always applicable and non-refundable.
